So....I have this baby....this morning, she was stuck in her shell due to a lack of humidity. Despite all the warnings I've heard, I couldn't watch her suffer, so I helped her out. After a spray bottle, some heat, and gentle tugging, I unglued her from herself and she is loud as can be and in perfect health....but SHE NEEDS A BATH!!! What do I wash her in? She needs to get fluffy. Any help is appreciated.

You can wipe the chick down with some moist and warm papertowels or baby wipes, but IMO it's best to leave the chick be and just let it be warm and rest for the first few days unless it's absolutely necessary to clean the chick due to it not being able to move and function normally, if it's just appearance best to just leave it be...

It's not necessarily appearance, it still has a bit of egg shell stuck to its back and its trying to clean itself up. I'm also trying to figure out if the blood is from the hatch or from having to unglue itself from itself....We're naming her Lucky. She was about to get thrown out because we thought she died after pipping and it's day 25....but when my friend picked up the egg to put in the trash, she PEEEPED!!!!! and hasn't stopped since.
