Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

I honestly think at my house It's because we are so over populated with squirrels. They are cute. . but nasty little heathens that eat your house and stash their nuts all over the place. I think they bring fleas. And fleas can lay dormant for a long time so once they lay eggs in your house somewhere. . .watch out. And we don't have the deep freezes you have.
My cats pretty much kill all small animals that get in their yard..... Or the neighbors.
Which is one way I guess they could get fleas.... But I've never had a problem with them.
I wonder if our hard Winters help keep the population down.....I think a lot of parastites don't thrive around here.
A friend of mine had a flea issue last summer..... But that is the only person I can remember in a long time to have that issue.
My birds have all been really healthy too...... Knock on wood......

I don't have one, bit he won't suck the bottle nipple so I don't know if that would work either. I'll pick up tube feed kit in town and get a good amount of milk in him and hopefully he'll pick up and start taking the bottle. May take a few tube feedings first but...:fl
I've never tried one, but I understand they're tricky to use if you're not familiar with them; easy to hit the windpipe???

Wow I finally caught up..... Wife is now throwing up...... Guess she caught my bug.
She's not as intense a least.
We were suppose to get taxes done today but it'll have to wait....... Headed to town in a while so I can replace window regulator in my truck...... Change my oil at the shop.
Will be unplugging the electric lock motor on the driver's door as somehow my wife locked us out of the truck again last night.
And it was brutally cold outside. Lucky we were close to home and I caught a ride home and grabbed my break in tools.
When I'm in town I'll have one of those keys made that won't start the vehicle but at least will unlock the door being I leave my keys in the ignition all the time always.

Is there any possibility that he might have a cleft palate ?
