That's a good start! And it could still make it. I think Ruby has had several do that, and hatch just fine.
(sorry to say I lost my wrong ender, I had its beak out and a good sized safety hole. Had to leave for a few hours. Came back and it had spun and drowned. Yolk was unabsorbed anyway, so probably better that it didn't hatch)
