Had my feet worked on today.... Can't walk much at the moment.... Every time I go and get the nitrogen treatment for these dang planners warts I cannot walk good for a couple days. She wanted to cut them out... But has to wait for 3 months after the hip replacement....
They have been doing good but I haven't been able to do anything with my right foot since the surgery. So she's getting more aggressive with them. I let them go too long....I just figured they would go away on their own.
Nope I just let them get deep....

I cant believe how squeezed into my normal clothes I am. I'm trying to behave, but today I had two pita breads with avocado & I'm pretty sure I exceed my caloric intake for the day. :he

Nobody bothered to tell me about any antibiotics; I guess after 4-5 years my nerve damage is permanent.

:hugs maybe that was just God's way of trying to slow you down so you would let your hip heal????? ;)
 
OK i just bought My protien powder and vitimines.....
120 dollars for appx 21 days.... :th

I only have to be on it for two weeks. Pre surgery....
I got samples for some other flavors but Bought unflavored because I didnt want that cloyingly sweet taste in the powder. Been on liquid diets before Bleahhh... ikk. But with no sweetness I can make cement taste good.
