Not a werewolf moon. It's a Super Moon, Full Moon, Beaver Moon - which I just explained to the OFFICER who was somewhat glassy eyed by the time I finished my explanation as he shook his head and said, "Please move the celebration to the back yard."

I thought it was a cool pic. Hard to capture how big it looked with just a cell phone camera. Does the moon always look the same to you, since you are so close to the equator?
