Definitely gonna need more if we start doing that :drool  I might know a couple places that have some.

have to use rendered beef fat for the cooking oil..........

I've heard that deep frying in duck fat is even more flavorful tho......?

never butchered a call so can't say for sure. Butchered many Ancona and they have very little fat

I've never done a domestic duck........but I'd guess those Pekin ducks I have are loaded..
