Well since there are only 2 1/2 more weeks in the year, that's not saying much. :gig

Nevertheless, she persisted.

If you set any more now, they won't hatch til next year so yeah, you are done for the year... gig.gif

They lay light tan eggs, very similar to Orps... these 2 pullets are 3/4 Orp and only 1/4 Aussie... if you want them, you can have all 3... no charge... put the little boy of WV's in with them and Orpie will teach him to stay a good boy... he's hands down the best rooster we have ever had... just can't keep so many anymore...

Dunno yet if I am going this weekend or not... but probably not... Shade's dad is going in for surgery in the morning, rotator cuff...

Not sure, but is it something they would peck and eat?
It's tough stuff. I don't think they would be able to tear it

She either found a better hiding place this time, or something got her. I can't find her.

I told Josh I was done hatching for the year back in July and technically since nothing else will have until January 1st I didn't lie. hide.gifgig.gif

The good news is the aquarium heater works in my waterers down to 10 degrees.

The bad news is I am still fighting to keep the 55-gallon thawed hit.gif

:weee I haven't checked mine. Might do it Saturday if I get around to it.

The voices in my head are fighting again.

My imaginary friend is running with scissors, and one of my personalities wandered off.

I don't like to think before I speak. I like to be just as surprised as everyone else about what comes out my mouth.

Sometimes even I am afraid of the things my mind comes up with.
