Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Ha! Good plan :)

Lol..well...there was a short list. Now there's a long(er) list:

Brahma

Java

Orpington

Wyandotte

Australorp

Sussex

Jersey Giant

Plymouth Rock
New Hampshire Red
Chantecler
I've got Wyandotte, Australorp, Chantecler and two that are part Jersey Giant/Java mixes. All are good breeds. Wyandottes and Chanteclers make a nice sized table bird for the extra boys.

and I make up for where yoyo there leaves off... I have sussex orps and brahmas and a couple java.... out of those my sussex are a good size and lay pretty frequently... Maybe rule out Brahmas because of the feathered feet?? harder during the winters...

I was wondering about that, they're considered cold hardy...what would be the issues with the feathered feet? Retaining moisture and freezing?

yup on the feather feet! Rule out the Javas unless you're patient... Nice birds but slow to mature... I gave my Icelandics to my serama breeder and part of me wishes I hadn't-they are gorgeous birds!!
