Yay! Dirt! :wee:lau I think I'm in the minority, because I don't think that statues that bad.

Have I been fixing my tea too strongly this morning, or is this a bit "out there" ?

For once, I'm lost for words...

Hmmmmmm? Me thinks maybe the tea is not strong enough.

I just had WAYYYY too much excitement for 1:30 in the morning.

We are having high winds tonight. They've been picking up as the night goes on. I suddenly heard a loud thump outside and for some reason my mind just went "Oh my God the rabbits!"

So I run downstairs, accidentally awaken my father who asks what the heck I'm doing and just at that moment we hear a BIG tree start to crack and fall.

So I take my flashlight and shine it outside and yep, the rabbit hutch has tipped over. Cue me running outside in high winds to do a rabbit rescue. Only the female was in the hutch, she's fine, I just brought her in for the night. The male was already inside in a carrier because he's having a little eye trouble so I've been watching that.

So, a big tree went down, I saw the trunk as I was rescuing my rabbit. Gonna have to take a look at that in the morning. Luckily, it appears to have fallen into the woods, not the yard. Can't remember how big that one is, but it might have landed on the house had it gone another way.

Ugh! I really hate the wind! We get these powerful, hot winds called Santa Ana's (aka. devil winds.) They make me crazy. Hope you have no other issues & can get some sleep! :fl

Not buying it. You guys?
coming in late.... but no.... I went to take a nap at about one pm and slept twelve hours... I will read more.

I do believe in being prepared for sure.... I looked up on the snopes site and there was some stuff fluffed up last April... True stuff that got fluffed up by the conspiracy people.

Dont get me wrong If something happens San Diego will be one of the first to go so I will do more digging. We have a stated power outage on the 31st but thats our street.

Sleeplessness here is dog related. We think our new neighbors must have recently acquired a dog, and ours feel like they have to answer back to every sound it makes. 2nd night in a row.
@Pyxis I hope all is well with your babies - glad no rabbits were injured in the storm!

Morning! (not sure if good or bad) :D

Awesome pumpkin carvings!! Wow! I had a carving kit, but never anything of that caliber.

Pyxis, hope all is well when the sun comes up.

Dirt!! :lau I'm with Room. I think it's kinda cute. Hmmmm...Pug lovers like it.... Coincidence?? :p

Orr, very nice lebgars. They are still on my want list, but I'm beginning to doubt I'll ever have any. I really need to cut back. Alot.

Have a lovely day everyone!
