Quail puffiness in the head- what is it?

I have separated a hen from the rest of the flock. She was staying away from the rest of the flock in a dark corner. The cage utilizes the deep litter method and it did get wet from a heavy thunderstorm. She was living in a wet, dark environment for a few days before I got to clean everything out. The other two hens have shown no signs of anything amiss.

The hen in question was getting puffy around her crown and I wondered about Coryza. However after about a week or two of isolation she seems to be doing pretty well and the swelling has gone down. She is eating, drinking and laying well.

There was never any discharge in the eyes or nasal cavity, no pink swelling, no trouble breathing or foul smell. Her eyes were clear and healthy looking. There was just a raising of the feathers in her crown area right above the eyes that slightly lifted up her eyelid giving her and 'angry look'. Any ideas on what it could be? Can I put her back with the flock?

Owner of a flock of eight chicken hens: 1 Buff Orphington & a Welsummer who thinks she's a rooster- hatched in March 2010. and a fluffy yellow mutt of unknown lineage- hatched 1/19/12. 6 pullets hatched March 30, 2016 (1 Ameraucana*, 1 Dominique, 2 RIR, 2 Barred Rocks)

Also, 7 JMF Coturnix quail hatched on 05/20/14 = 6 A&M and 1 Jumbo brown.

Is this anything I should be concerned about? Does Coryza or other similar illnesses stop showing signs after a week or two? Can I put her back in with the flock?

I don't know much about poultry diseases, but if the bird seems healthy in every way, I wouldn't worry too much. Just keep an eye on the others and see if they get similar symptoms. Perhaps she just boinked into the cage top during the storm?
