My temp in my incubator got over 104 over night is it just a wait and see if they are going to be ok I just set them yesterday afternoon
 
You'll have your answer when you candle at day 7. In the mean time, do you know WHY that happened? A frequent mistake of first time hatchers is to set the eggs too early, before ironing the kinks out in the bator for good control. Also, other common mistakes include not calibrating thermometers, placing the bator somewhere in the house where there are temp fluctuations (bators, especially the cheaper models work best when the household temp stays steady0 not checking bator for hot/cold spots, using the wrong temp (bators with fans require less heat than bators without) And the biggie, which I think may have been your problem: folks often have the bator running at the right temp, then put in the eggs, and when that temp drops, they nudge it up a bit. I like to wait about 24 hours before nudging temp up. Have you read all of "incubating eggs 101" in the learning center? Lots of awesome info there. Wishing you the best!!!

How far along in the incubation are you? It will depend how long it was at 104 to have an idea of the chances of survival, plus if you're thermometer hasn't been checked for accuracy it could be better or worse than you think. If they are far enough along where you can see development, I'd give it 24 hours and do a candle to assess if there is still life. Hope they are ok for you!
