What breed and gender is my duck - Page 2

Our pekin's tails started to curl at around 7 weeks but at that point it was only one feather and we were in denial. At about 9 weeks the other drake started curling. It depends though on how feathered your duck is, the feathers won't curl until the rest of the tail feathers are fully developed.

Our one is 'honking' while the other is quacking. But they both chirp still so I can't tell if it's a baby duck chirp or a raspy male chirp.
