Help!! Bumble foot? Something else?

My Buff Orpington (we call her "Honey") isn't acting right today. She has bumble foot I see, but why is the underside of her abdomen/vent area skin so red? The pic with the pale skin is higher up on her breast area. The pic with the bright red is the area I'm worried about. Then the pic of the foot is the sore.

Did you ever figure out what was going on with your hen? My Rhode Island Red has exactly the same things going on. A case of bumble foot and sores on her belly and breast. I think they might be related but have been searching for a cause and cure in vain. Thank you!
