Are you sure and how can you tell
He/she has saddle feathers from what I can tell, and a curved tail. Pretty uncommon on a hen, and obvious he/she can be a roo.
It's beard and mix of colors are known to be a Easter Egger or d'Uccle.

EE rooster. He has the classic white wing patch. His coloration is classic ee rooster. He has sickle tail feathers (the long hook tail feathers). His comb has 3 rows and pronounced.
