A) By participating in this game, I promise that all BYC Rules will be followed and that I have read and understood the Role Play Rules that are in a sticky at the top of the Games forum.
B) I promise that all content is to be rated G and suitable for all ages.
C) I promise that there will be no swearing, cursing (including censoring by using symbols) or inappropriate adult sexual activity or innuendo. This extends to mating, breeding or innuendo in non-human characters as well.
D) I promise to treat others with respect and kindness as is the BYC way.
E) I promise not to post any material that is a violation of copyright. Basically this means: if you didn't create the content (like an image / picture) and don't have direct permission from the content creator to post it, then don't.
*Myths Turned to Truth*
Long ago, in the age of the ancient kingdoms, the land was filled with bizarre and wonderful creatures. Early humans lived in harmony with the creatures now believed to have never existed... Like the unicorns, dragons, and fairies. Then one day the humans wanted control over the mythicals, believing they were superior, and should rule the land. The mythicals fought back and refused to let human kind take power over them, so they forced them out of half of the earth. The forest fairies grew a thick wall of trees, taller than any others, to divide the land. The forest is infested with only the most terrible monsters to keep the humans on their side and away from the mythicals.
Now, it is current day. Our modern animals are the few creatures that chose to go with the humans. Most humans don't know that the mythical creatures ever existed, and don't think that's what is beyond that dangerous forest, who no one has ever returned from. The mythicals have been living happily in their side of the world for hundreds of years. But still, not all are friends. There is still predators and prey... You must survive.
...And for those few mythicals who cross the border to the human side...
Some are experimented on, some are featured in freak shows... But most never come back.
Rules and such:
You can be any animal or mythical creature you want. You can make up your own, too.
You cannot kill or cripple someone's character without their permission.
