I have a 10 week old rooster. He started favoring his right side early on. At a young age (~1 week) his left eye when hazy and he started walking in loops. He has a very strong crook in his neck, and his left foot also appears to always have his toes bent, almost as if the bones arent held together right. He also holds his left wing a little bent.

From what I read a lot of these are symptoms of Marek's. I tried giving him a vitamin supplament, but it didn't seem to have any effect. I've pretty much convinced myself that he does have Mareks, and needs to be separated from the rest and possibly put down. But I'd hate to do that if there's some other genetic explanation.

Can anyone with more experience take a look at the video and let me know if they feel strongly one way or the other?

The signs your bird exhibits, his age, and the change in eye color are very suggestive for Mareks. Unfortunately if it is, there is nothing to be done for your bird, and he will likely succumb. You can certainly try vitamins, in case he had a deficiency, but don't be too disappointed if he does not improve. Watch your other young birds closely as well for any other affected birds.
