Stumped. Chick won't eat. What do I do??

I have 4 close to day old chicks and they all seemed pretty healthy but then I think came down with coccidiosis and one was especially lethargic...I have been dosing them with Corid for 3 days but she still stands under the light and barely moves...I have seen her here and there eating on her own but not often and not like her other 3 in there who are getting bigger and are normal chicks. She did seem to eat better if I took her outside to free range (while I sat with them) BUT now today she's just peeping a lot and not really pecking as much anymore. I really don't know what to do at this point. I have been also giving them fruit and her yogurt and she will eat the yogurt well but that's about it. Really at a loss at what to do...or what's wrong with her.

She's obviously smaller than the others and not eating like she should. Poop looks a lot more healthy now. When I have seen her poop.

Feed her more yogurt. Yogurt is good, lots of good stuff for chickens. You could also feed her some egg yolk. Boil an egg and mash up the yolk with a bit of water, see if she will eat that.
How old are your birds? I would wait on the fruit until they are bigger and they have gotten some grit.

Ok...there only a week old (now actually almost 2) but I cut the fruit up really tiny and didn't give them a lot...I was just trying to get her to eat SOMEthing. I won't give them anymore...i have been letting them out to free range for an hour at a time here and there (when I have time to watch them)

I will try with the egg...I usually do give them scramble egg but she's just not pecking a lot. I guess she has to be though bc yesterday we were gone longer than normal and when I checked her she had poop all on her butt I had to clean off? Idk. It's obviously digestive...anything to check wth her crop?? I'll try googling some more and the egg. Ugh. She's never peeped this much and today for some reason she just is peeping a lot more.

If it was sour crop wouldn't she be drinking a lot??? She is not...she is free ranging right now and tears her yogurt up but won't touch food

there is nothing wrong with fruit, as long as your birds have gotten plenty of grit to digest it.  my biggest concern would be peels.  if you want to feed you chicks treats (and even just because they are free ranging)  it is really important to provide them with some grit.  I do not feed them grit, but I have a gravel road that they pick though.  So unless they have plenty of gravel and sand to pick though, you need to provide grit so that they can properly digest their food.  I do not know why your chick refuses to eat, but she sounds otherwise healthy.  hopefully you can start getting her to eat enough that she is no longer a concern.
