Do you plan to cover the run? It may depend on how much rain you get, but without a cover (or even with it), you will likely want to get some litter going in the run. It will get messy quick.
What do you have for ventilation in the coop itself? Looks like the window faces west........will it be opened?

windows do open there is also a vent slot on the east side and west side. We did put a roof on the run and put sand down as well! So far they love it!

You could fence around the bottom of coop and let them run under to give them shade in daytime and when it rains.
