How To Tell If Goose Is Dead Inside Shell?

Thread Starter
Hello, how do you tell if a goose egg has died inside the shell? It is past the 30 day mark since we put it in our incubator.

I left the goose egg in the egg turner the way it was because we have different eggs in there put in at different times so we haven't really turned off the egg turner, except for a little while and for a few minutes at a time.

I just put the egg on its side on top of the egg turner.

Thank you.

Not  exactly 30 days, if it was a bit cool it  could take longer , or  some breeds do. I have had hatches at  34... You can  candle nd see internal  pip, but it is  so dark, I  just wait to  day 36 and /or if  it  starts to smell really bad....
