Are my chicks EE's or Ameracaunas?

Thank you all! Only 3 of them have the tell poofy cheeks. The white one as stated and the two lighter chicks.
 
So, I am very new to chickens and much like everyone else I seem to be reading about on these forum posts, it sounds like I was sold Easter Eggers under the Americana "puffy cheek" label. I don't mind much, but I'd like to be educated one what I tel people who ask. Are you all certain about these two chicks who were sold to me as Ameracaunas being in fact EE too? They both have puffy sheiks and bluish legs.

If you got them at a feedstore they're EE :3
