I have a 9 week old Buff Orpington who started isolating from the flock about a week ago. I noticed she had yellow runny poop and wasn't eating or drinking anything. So I researched a little online and it lead me here to a very helpful group of people with the experience and knowledge I was looking for. I found something that suggested I keep her away from the flock and warm, and to give her cayenne pepper water. So I did, and within a day, or two, she started feeling better. So I put her back in with the flock. She was out with the other 3 Buff's, and seemed better, but now she is randomly isolating, not moving much, and I'm not sure if she's got something else going on. I felt around underneath her and didn't notice any bulging or tense areas, and she just lets anybody get close and pick her up when she is isolating. I'm not sure if I should isolate her again, or try something else. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: She is seemingly feeling better, but I'm still concerned and want to know if there is anything else I might be able to do to make her feel better and stay feeling good.
