Or just let him go, don't replace him .....help reduce your flock to better fit into the tiny coop.
Integrating(adding) a single bird can be difficult, integrating any birds takes extra space.

Oh I'm not going to replace him. Goung to a chicken swap togive him away. I'm going to take your advice. 5 should work in my "6 chicken coop and expansion pen . 3 silkies, 2 buff orpingtons. 
That should make for a decent flock. The Orpingtons are large birds and the silkies are smaller, but as a rule they're both breeds that get along well with others. And they're both so pretty
