Looks like it Coccidiosis you will need to treat them with Corid which can be found at your local feed store.
Dosage for Cocci is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder per gallon or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.

I honestly don't know about the turkeys. I don't know if the dosage for them would be the same and what exposure if any they have had to the cocci.

Practice good biosecurity for sure. Don't use the same tools when cleaning separate pens, change shoes so the cocci is not tracked from one area to the other. Wash hands, etc.
You may want to ask on the Turkey Forum how susceptible turkeys are for Cocci.
