Are these pullets?

I'm leading a project at school to raise chickens and half of the ones we got were "pullets". Two of thm are a bit bigger than the rest and already have reddening combs. The two are a deleware and a naked neck:

1 splash silkie rooster, 1 splash silkie hen, 1 blue silkie hen, 2 EE hens, RIR, buff orpington, blue orpington, barred rock, SLW, a few silkie/EE mixes

Btw, the names Andrew, if my username doesn't make sense...

The white bird in the foreground is a pullet.

It's not letting me upload the picture of the naked neck, but it's the one whose head is showing on the right. They are both almost 8 weeks

It's not very clear, but I'd say rooster. Pullets don't usually have combs that developed at 8 weeks.
