8 week old RIR, rooster or hen?

Looking for thoughts regarding the sex of my 'Sandi' (possibly Elvis) an 8 week old RIR. I can handle having a rooster and won't get rid of it either way, but I've had my suspicions since 4 weeks regarding this lil beauty. Thank you!

What can be seen certainly indicates a cockerel - however this is not the best photo for a gender evaluation as the birds head is not very visible -- can you take/post a better photo that shows the whole bird in a natural, standing position?
