its been raining so I decided to build my nest boxes in the garage. The coop is framed and roofed not much left to do I had cut an opening 36" x14" in the coop for an outside nest box. So I started to frame the box in the garage and realized the inside of the nest boxes are only going to be 11" wide instead of 12" wide. I planned on 3 boxes we have 6 chicks 3 Black Speckled Sussex 2 Barred Rock and a mystery. Is the 11" wide ok or should I just make 2 nest boxes?
