I'm pretty sure the white one is a cockerel but need help with what breeds they are. Thanks.

The cockerel and other white bird I think is Leghorn. Check to see if the ear lob is white. I can't see it but due to being smaller than brood mates will go Leghorn. Black bird is likely a Barred Plymouth Rock, it could be a Cuckoo Marans but doubt it. Marans have white skin so check bottom of feet. If white/pink then Marans; if yellow then Plymouth Rock. The red birds is a hatchery quality Rhode Island Red. Many of us simply call them production reds. As with nearly all hatchery "breeds" they loosely resemble the variety and breed. Great birds, great layers. The Barred Plymouth will give you a Large pale brown egg. Production Red an Extra Large Brown to redish brown egg. Leghorn drop out Extra Large/Jumbo white eggs.

Thanks, the little white has black and white polka dotted wings. I think she is different than the leghorn.

This little one has more black speckles in the wings.
