Duck eggs won't hatch!!

I have 5 duck eggs that are on day 28. On day 25 their was movement, but now there isn't any. When you candle them you can only see the air cell, it is a bright redish orange. They are supposed to hatch today but their is not even a pip. Please help!!

To help you, we'll need some more information. Temp? Humidity days 1-18 and at lockdown? What type of incubator? Were all of your instruments calibrated before you started? How old are the eggs you set? Any temp spikes, decreases, power outtages?
