Cockerel or pulley?

I am still quite new at keeping chickens. I bought 2 pullets but I am beginning to think this one isn't a pullet at all? Can anyone help me with this? I'm also unsure of the breed. Thank you.

The one in the front is a cockerel, the other looks like a pullet.  My guess is that it's a black sex link cockerel, and the other is a black sex link pullet.  I think I see some red feathers around her face?

2 black australorp pullets, 3 BA babies, and two border collies (one angel and one cute troublemaker chicken licker)

Yes the black one has red feathers.
It is approx 6 months old, should it be laying by now? It has a very small comb. The weather here is cool, heading into winter now.

Don't know what breed but the one in front is definitely a cockerel, the black one is a pullet.
