My chicks are 5 weeks and I am wanting to move them outside during the day and in brooder at night. Its often below 65 degrees F all day. is that too cold for them at this point?

No, they should be fine. How feathered are they?

1 rabbit, two dogs, three cats, 50+ (number goes up & down) free-range 'mutt' hens, roos, chicks, lots of fish (tilapia) and a Jersey cow and heifer calf! Have had quail in the past.

They look like they should do ok outside during the day. If you see them getting too cold (shivering, huddling together), bring them back in but I think they should be fine. :)
