Being a BackYard Chicken owner need Flock ID?

Thread Starter

I started raising chickens and was wondering if I need a Flock Id here in Texas. I have not been given any information on this, just found it online today. I do not sell chickens or eggs, just have them for my own use. Any help would be appreciated. I looked up on the texas animal health commission and could not find a form to fill out. Thank you!
