BSL pullet? Thoughts?

So this chick is 4 1/2 to 5 weeks old and was purchased as a BSL pullet from a reputable feed store from a bin with other BSL chicks, there was no white spot on her head to indicate a rooster. She has a lot of her feathers in now, and she is starting to show that brown feather pattern on her chest and neck that I see a lot of BSL hens have. I also had an EE hen who had a very similar color pattern and I know BSK roos are barred. The only thing that is giving me hesitation is her comb, which is a larger and pinker than her two flockmates who were purchased on the same day. They are all about the same size, but her gold sex link counterpart has a much paler comb. Here she is:

She doesn't have any dominant roo-ish personality traits yet but you can really see the color of the comb in these pictures. What do you think?

Any other thoughts? Would need to rehome as soon as possible if she is a he - which I hate to do honestly - but it's against my municipal code which is why I went with the BSL's in the first place.
