Buff orpington hen or roo?

Ok...this one is still stumping me. Looks roo-ish, hasn't crowed. 2 1/2 months old..maybe closer to 3 months. Help! :bow

Awww thanks you guys! Others have attempted to crow much earlier...I guess he's a late bloomer in that department?

When the lawn mower goes by he quacks..really..lol. Not a crow, not a cluck
