How to vaccinate against Marek's?

I know there are a lot of threads discussing various aspects of this, but for a soon-to-be newbie chicken owner with eggs in the incubator, can I get a how-to in one place. Where do you buy it, how exactly do you do it, anything else I should be vaccinating for?

It's only available in 1000 dose bottles. It is inexpensive and you can throw away what you don't need.

I don't vaccinate for anything but that's just my management technique.

Is there a way to split it up and save the extra? I've read threads of people doing that, but don't get how from the picture of that?
