Amazingly sometimes 100%.

My "breeding pair" of Barnevelders produced 2 males...pared that down to one rooster and went to olive eggers instead.

And sometimes you luck out and get all girls. It's that coin toss...where you happen to be in the flip.

I really love the (now two) roosters I've had, I wish they were allowed where we are :-( too bad. I'll keep him until he starts crowing just to be sure
