Hi I'm new to the duck world! I am looking to get 2 ducks and was wondering if I got a pekin and a Cayuga if they will get along together? Also what is peoples opinions on friendliest breeds?
 
They should get along just fine. They're similar sized though the pekin will get a little bigger. I find both of them are friendly, but I've never had another breed so can't say if there's any 'friendlier' ones out there.

Pekins are generally docile, calm, friendly, and easy-going. Cayugas are docile, quiet, and easy-going. There are always exceptions but I'd be greatly surprised if two ducks raised together suddenly fight.
