Pigeon help!

Hi everyone! This is our pigeon "Reptar". She was hand raised after she was found by a friend when she fell from a nest. I have a few questions. First, any idea what breed she could be? She's a big pigeon, this pic was about 6 months ago and she has filled out into a great sized pigeon. Second, we want to band her. How do I choose the right size and can I place a band on an adult bird? She has recently gone on vacation and is currently in bird jail until we can bail her out tomorrow. She visited some people up the road and they called a bird rescue facility. We want to band her so When she goes visiting people can contact us to return her. Or so they know she belongs somewhere. And finally, does anyone else have a crazy pigeon that makes themselves at home with any human they can annoy into loving them? I have done baby birds for years but this is my first pigeon. She's just like having a parrot. Super social, fun and interactive. We tried to have as little socialization as possible when she was young so she would go back to being a wild bird, but she has forced her love and will literally follow us from window to window in the house to see what we are doing. There was no way she was going to be a wild bird. Gah! We love this little monster but she worries us sick!
