Baby chick 1 week old NOT able to stand or walk?

We think it could be a broken leg but she is not eating or drinking water. She's in that sleepy closed eye state all the time and I really hope it's not too late. I personally thought she was given to us like this because we picked them up in person from a seller that is also on this site and I noticed this behavior (not as pronounced though) in the box but didn't say anything to the breeder because they were maybe 8 hours old at that point.

Things we have tried:

-Dipping beak in sugar water (will take a couple of small drinks then start chirping loudly)

-Dipping beak in Braggs nutritional yeast (will not eat)

-Dipping beak in food (will not eat)

We have just gotten some vet tape and will try to make a splint but I really don't know what the splint is going to be for at this point?

Update: as I was typing this she just started having bubbles come out of her mouth. Could she have something lodged in her throat as well?

Leaving the house now to get pedialyte or something similar for her, will check replies when we get back. Due to our location this will be a 2 hour round trip. We are willing to try and rehabilitate (we will not be breeding) so culling is not something we want to do unless we absolutely have to. If her quality of life will be terrible we will obviously not let her suffer but IF we can fix this, we want to.

Thanks in advance!

It is possible she is crop bound, which you can search and read more about. It is also possible she is exhausted or is traumatized and that is why she cannot stand, so giving her some electrolyte chick solution could be helpful. Hope she makes it!

We have had her for a full week and she is definitely not walking or moving correctly and hurting in her left leg/foot so I don't think it's exhaustion or traumatization. I will try olive oil and massaging the crop area just in case she does have this. I think she feels a little hard in that area.. I just got back from the store with Parent's Choice Pediatric Electrolytes with Zinc (unflavored).. I'm thinking about putting this in a small shallow saucer with water so she can get some in her.. we don't have another chicken waterer.. we have poultry nipples so I might try to rig up a soda bottle waterer with a nipple in the cap..

does anyone have any other suggestions about her leg?

We found out it's not the lower portion of her leg or toes but it's the top part of her leg. She won't bend it down at all..
