Help I got up and one of my chicks heads look like this what do I do?!!!

Do you have any idea what happened? Keep her inside in a dark quiet place with food and water, keep the wound clean and apply vetericyn. Chickens are hardy birds, she'll probably heal up fine.

No I think one of my older girls people pecked ay her we introduced her to the flock saturday and then this thus morning
