question on a bad hatch

I ended up with one chick that pipped and died and then the next day I had a Easter egger hatch with no problems and then the next day another hatch perfectly and then nothing else. Its been 4 days since the last chick hatched. I've checked the rest for pips and there is none and I also checked them with a light and no internal pips. They are too dark to really see inside so I did the float test and 12 sunk like a rock and 16 were good low floaters but I didn't see any movement in the water. Does anyone have a certain amount of time they wait before they give up on a hatch? Also 3 of the eggs have massive air cells??
