I noticed my silver wyandotte standing with a gaping mouth and opening and closing it as if in some level of discomfort. I picked her up and looked in her mouth, and on one upper side, on the roof of her mouth there looks to be a scaly yellowish growth of some sort.
She seems to be eating and drinking fine so far as I know. I only noticed her acting odd today but this has clearly been there for a bit of time.
Can anyone shed any light on what this could be?
