How many mealworms can I give my chicks at ~4 weeks old?

They receive no other treats or fancy foods; mealworms are the only snack they like other than mash and water. They have access to grit as well.
 
I have 1 week old chicks and was wondering the same. When should I switch over to other foods and when can I start feeding them mealworms? Obviously not for a while but I just want to know a time frame to be prepared.

I watched my broody hen take her 4 day old chicks into the garden and feed them wireworms(which look like harder armored small mealworms). So I would have to assume that as long as you supply them grit you can feed meal worms anytime.
