Broody Chicken sitting in a bad spot

I have a broody chicken. I found her nest in a bad spot. my girls free range 14 hrs a day. She would be safe enough but any hatched chicks would fall. I really want
to encourage her to brood.

Do I move her and the nest down after 1-2 days? Wait a week? Wait til they hatch?

Today is day 1. We have been clearing the eggs from this spot but my girls (14 of them) prefer this spot because last week we cleaned the coop and they got all flustered.

I have found it is nearly impissible to move a hen from her spot you could try putting walls or a lip around where she is nesting and move her after her chicks hatch

New quote every week!!!

Two wolves fight inside us all one is good it is joy, love, peace and hope one is evil it is jealousy, greed and resentment you may ask "which one wins"? And I would reply... the one you feed
