Just thought all you duck lovers might appreciate these funny pics we took of our duck Tallulah, when she went to the vet the other day. We initially tried to take her in a dark box, as we figured this would keep her calm in the new environment of a car. Disaster - she HATED it and by the time we got to the vet, she was in a real state.
So on the way back we tried sitting her on my knee in the passenger seat up front. Success! Tallulah was happy as larry, looking out the windows at the traffic and passersby and seemed to really enjoy her journey - though she needed an occasional cuddle for reassurance! I know how I'll be transporting her in the future! (and by the way, we only took the photos when the car was stationary in case you were wondering...!)
