Duckling hatched... Others still pipping

Question...I have 6 runner ducks in an incubator- one hatched about 4pm today- the others have all pipped this morning but haven't made any other progress yet. Do I open the incubator to take the hatched one out to put in the brooder tomorrow morning or wait till they've all hatched!? I know letting the humidity drop at this point is crucial to avoid for the others!

Thanks!

Is the duckling that hatched dry?
If yes, it can come out. Would I recommend taking it out? No. Not unless its crawling all over the other eggs making than roll about the incubator. Leave it for as long as you can.

Yes it's dry and fluffed out nicely!
