Hello all, I've got four 8 1/2 weeks old chicks. One is a Brahma. This evening when I went to close them in the coop (they are in a tractor-type coop/run for now) for the night, the Brahma, Plinky, who is normally kind of aloof, started clucking loudly in a quick three-beat pattern (buk-buk-buk, buk-buk-buk.....) and just wouldn't quit. She did this once before when she was still in the brooder box. What in the world does it mean? What does she want? They have food, water, no predators that I could see anywhere around. Anyone got any clues?
