Everyone are pullets.
The red bird is a red sex link, thus easy peasy to sex. The sex is linked to the color, females being reddish/gold and males being silver.

Ty for the info. I have a question though. The silver being males? Is white like silver? Because the other GC I bought is red and white.

Females are red/gold based, with white accents (collar, tail, underfluff). Males are white/silver over the entire body, and as they age they get reddish accents on the wings. You can pretty much go by the color of the chest as the base color of these birds, once they feather in.
