How Old & When Do I Stop Feeding Starter?

One more question, do they still need a heat lamp?

They have big fluffy feathers and are molting.

As chicks are growing and feathers are coming in, you were lowering the temperature in the brooder each week. At ~4 weeks the heat is no longer needed in the brooder, and the chicks adjust to standard ambient temperature within the room of the house where the brooder is kept.

Once the chicks are fully feathered and moved outside...they should be fully ready to face the rigors of life outside.

Well...at least that's how it's supposed to go.
