What's wrong with my baby silkies

Hello I went to let my baby silkies out of the cage to go out into the run and I noticed they left this red looking poo. All of them so someone thought it could be cocciolois but if it is how much should I add to here gallon waterer I already have some from not that long ago from my mixed flock. But they are in wih my mixed flock but I had them separated the first few days I had them to keep an eye on them. So my questions are how much should I add to there gallon waterer and if this is even cocciolois but I just got them to so someone said it could be just from the stress but idk. Thanks in advance.

I have had them now for about three days but the first day I kept them away from the other chickens and the orange one of them it I think has an upper repiratory thing because it rocks its head back and forth
 
Give them a vitamin supplimemt with their water in small doses and make sure they drink a lot. Water can help drain out certain things.
 
PLEASE HELP ME!!!Ok well I woke up this morning I didn't see the orange one I didn't see it anywhere I took some bread out and he snuck up behind me it's so skinny idk how it's still alive I force fed it some electrolytes and sugar to get some energy in him. And I need to know what is wrong with it to try to get him feeling better so I can get it to eat more as I don't want to put him body in shock by feeding him to much than he is used to I think he was eating a little bit but I know he wasn't as active as the others. Please help me thanks in advance
