Rooster or Hen

Thread Starter
I have a difficult one... White Cochin that is obvious its a hen and its 'twin' is frizzled but larger comb and waddles... I'm starting to think my frizzle is a rooster... My other rooster (rose comb) is same age and has been crowing for over a month. Nothing out of frizzle.

Hi welcome-byc.gif

Glad you could join the flock! Frizzles sure can be troublesome! Some of my frizzle polish sure have had me stumped. Please do pop by the what breed gender section, here is the link ~ http://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this

Good luck and enjoy BYC frow.gif

I agree  re: "what breed or gender is this."    The clearer, the picture the better  the evaluation.  Bars in the way, too many chickens on top of each other etc.   are not good.
